Welcome to WizFlow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") strictly govern your access to and use of the WizFlow Chrome Extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
WizFlow provides a Chrome Extension for screen capturing, recording, and annotation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may use certain basic features of the Service ("Freemium Version") without creating an account.
To access advanced features ("Pro Version"), you must register for an account ("Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your Account.
The Pro Version of the Service may be offered on a free trial or paid subscription basis. The specific fees, billing cycles, and included features for your plan are described on our website's Pricing Page or presented to you at the time of checkout (your "Order").
If you register for a Pro Free Trial, we will make the Pro Version available to you free of charge until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period as specified in your Order, or (b) the start date of any paid subscription.
All fees are non-refundable generally, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
The Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos, page headers, button icons, and scripts), proprietary content, information and other materials, and all software, code and other content used therein, is the proprietary property of WizFlow or its licensors.
You retain all rights and ownership in your data, including the screenshots, recordings, and annotations you create using the Service ("User Content"). WizFlow does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.
You grant WizFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and use your User Content properly only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with applicable laws.
You agree not to do any of the following:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WIZFLOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WizFlow is a Chrome Extension that depends on the Google Chrome browser platform. We are not responsible for any interruptions, failures, or data loss caused by changes to the Chrome browser, its APIs, third-party extensions, or Google’s policies that may affect the functionality of our Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
