Pro Free Trial (7 Days)

We believe in letting you test the product before you pay. Every new user is eligible for a Pro Free Trial (7 days) with full access to all advanced features. We encourage you to use this time to ensure WizFlow meets your needs.

No Refunds Policy

Because we offer this full-access free trial, we do not generally offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

Paddle & EU/UK Customers

  • Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by Paddle.com. In certain dispute cases (e.g., fraud), Paddle's refund guidelines may supersede this policy.
  • EU/UK Right of Withdrawal: By using the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has started, unless otherwise required by local law.

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Trial Period: You have had the opportunity to use the service for free for 7 days.
  2. Turn-off Auto-renewal: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  3. Final Sale: Payments are non-refundable for partial use or change of mind.

Exceptions

We may verify and issue a refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances:

  1. Technical Error: If the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period.
  2. Double Billing: If you were charged twice for the same period due to a system error.
