We utilize a "local-first" architecture, meaning the majority of your data (specifically your creative content) stays on your device. However, to provide our Service, we do collect certain information:

2.1. Personal Information You Provide

Pro Account Information: If you choose to register for a Pro account, we collect your email address to create and manage your subscription. Freemium users are not required to provide an email address.
Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we collect the content of your messages and your contact details.

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous technical data about how you interact with our extension (e.g., features used, clicks) to help us improve user experience.
Device Information: We collect limited information about your device and browser (e.g., browser version, operating system) for compatibility and security purposes.
Cookies & Technologies: We use cookies strictly for session management (to keep you logged in) and essential security functions.

2.3. Optional Third-Party Sync (Google Drive, Dropbox)

You may voluntarily choose to integrate third-party cloud storage services (specifically Google Drive or Dropbox) to export your content. If you enable this:

Direct Transfer: Your files are uploaded directly from your browser to the third-party provider.
No Access: We do not view, store, or have access to your login credentials, access tokens, or the files you upload to these services.
Governing Policy: The storage and management of your data on these platforms are governed exclusively by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

2.4. Information We DO NOT Collect (Your Content)

Screenshots & Recordings: All media you capture using WizFlow is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, host, or view your screen captures or recordings on our servers.
Annotations: Your drawings and annotations are stored locally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:

Service Provision: To verify your identity and active subscription status.
Improvement: To analyze usage trends and fix bugs.
Communication: To send you important updates regarding your account or the Service (e.g., security alerts, changes to this policy).

4. Payment Information

We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record and payment processor.

We do not store your credit card details.
All payment transactions are processed directly by Paddle.
Paddle's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors (like Paddle for payments or Firebase/Supabase for authentication) who assist us in operating our Service.
Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
